Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application relate to a screen switching method. A terminal device comprises a foldable screen. The foldable screen at least comprises a first screen and a second screen. The method comprises: detecting that a flipping action occurs on a terminal device; and switching, according to a screen status of the terminal device, content from being displayed on a first screen of the terminal device to being displayed on a second screen of the terminal device, the first screen being a screen of the terminal device performing displaying before the terminal device is flipped, the second screen being any screen other than the first screen, and the screen status being a folding state of the first screen at any angle relative to the second screen. Thus, during use of a mobile phone having a foldable screen, if the mobile phone is flipped, smart switching between screens can be performed synchronously, smoothly, and stably. Customized control of a flipping lock is supported, thereby reducing interaction with a user, maximally improving user experience when flipping a product having a flexible foldable screen, reducing the possibility in which screen switching is falsely performed, and ensuring good user experience.
