Abstract:
Disclosed is a screening machine (100). The screening machine (100) comprises a vibrator, a container tank (10) and filter screens, wherein the container tank (10) is erected on the vibrator, and the container tank (10) comprises a peripheral wall (11) and a top wall (12). A feed port (121) is provided in the top wall (12), and at least two mounting openings (112) are provided in the peripheral wall (11), with every two mounting openings (112) forming a group, and each mounting opening (112) being correspondingly provided with an elastic piece (15). The screening machine (100) further comprises filter screen supports (20), wherein a filter screen is fixed to a corresponding filter screen support (20), and each filter screen support (20) and the filter screen arranged on the filter screen support (20) are inserted into the container tank (10) by means of the mounting opening (112). The elastic piece (15) is abutted against the filter screen support (20) and is elastically deformed, thereby avoiding the filter screen support (20), and the filter screen support (20) closes the mounting opening (112). One of each group of the mounting openings (112) is loaded with the filter screen support (20) provided with the filter screen. A first discharge port is provided at the bottom of the container tank (10). During the replacement of the filter screen, a new filter screen support (20) and a new filter screen provided thereon are inserted into a free mounting opening (112) of the same group, and the filter screen support (20) with the filter screen needing to be replaced is extracted. In the screening machine (100), the filter screen can be replaced without halting the machine, thereby improving the production efficiency, and same is also easy to operate.
