Abstract:
In this invention, when dihydrate gypsum is recovered from a waste gypsum board, paper derived from the waste gypsum board is transported by a screw conveyor and gypsum adhering to the paper is separated therefrom. This screw conveyor comprises: a screw shaft provided with a plurality of blades for sending an object to be transported in one direction; a drive means for rotating the screw shaft; and a casing for surrounding the screw shaft. The screw shaft includes a section having no blade at an intermediate part in the length direction and the bottom part of the casing is provided with a mesh.
