Abstract:
The present invention relates to a screw rod horizontal push-type hardness adjustment apparatus, comprising a soft bag, elastic pieces, a movable plate, a screw rod and a fixed plate, the soft bag covering a surface, the fixed plate being fixedly arranged with respect to a piece of upholstered furniture, the screw rod being positioned and rotated on the fixed plate, screw thread slide blocks being screwed on the screw rod, the movable plate being connected to the screw thread slide blocks via transmission rods, the movable plate moving back and forth between the soft bag and the fixed plate, the elastic pieces being arranged between the soft bag and the movable plate, one end of each elastic piece having an elastic action of the soft bag, the other end of each elastic piece having an elastic action on the movable plate. The screw rod is manually or electrically rotated, so that the screw thread slide blocks move horizontally, and the horizontal movement of the screw thread slide blocks is converted into vertical movement of the movable plate via the transmission rods, so as to change the distance between the soft bag and the movable plate, thereby changing the tightness of the elastic pieces, and implementing hardness adjustment. The present invention adjusts the hardness of the piece of upholstered furniture so as to satisfy different user requirements and control supporting forces at different parts of the body.
