Abstract:
Provided is a screw vacuum pump that achieves a higher speed and is capable of maintenance-free operation for long periods. A supporting member (200) is disposed between a rotary shaft (150) and the inner wall surface of a male rotor (110) defining a hollow portion (113A), and fixed to a stator (130). The supporting member (200) serves as a flow passage member that defines a plurality of oil passages (202, 203) for causing oil supplied to the hollow portion (113A) through an outlet (154) of the rotating rotary shaft (150) to flow so as to be distributed to a plurality of channels in the hollow portion (113A).
