Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to improve reliability in a scroll compressor in which a frame is fixed by welding. A scroll compressor provided with: a sealed container in which a working fluid is sealed inside; a frame fixed inside the sealed container; a fixed scroll provided with a fixed-side spiral body formed in a spiral shape on a fixed-side base plate fixed inside the sealed container; and a revolving scroll that moves in a revolving manner and that has a revolving-side spiral body provided on a revolving-side base plate, the revolving-side spiral body being made to mesh with the fixed-side spiral body, wherein the frame has a first welded point fixed by welding to the sealed container, a revolving-scroll-receiving surface for supporting the bottom surface of the revolving-side base plate on the side opposite the surface on which the revolving-side spiral body is provided, and a frame outer peripheral groove provided between the revolving-scroll-receiving surface and the first welded point, in the outer peripheral part of the frame facing the inner periphery of the sealed container.
