Abstract:
A scroll compressor according to this disclosure includes: a partition plate that divides the inside of a closed container into a high-pressure space and a low-pressure space; a non-orbiting scroll that is provided in the low-pressure space; an orbiting scroll that forms a compression chamber between the orbiting scroll and the non-orbiting scroll; and a rotating shaft. The scroll compressor further includes: a main bearing that supports the orbiting scroll; elastic bodies that bias either the non-orbiting scroll or the orbiting scroll in a direction in which the non-orbiting scroll and the orbiting scroll move away from each other; and a plurality of columnar members that are arranged in the circumferential direction such that one end side of each of the plurality of columnar members is affixed and the other end side thereof is movable. Either the non-orbiting scroll or the orbiting scroll biased by the elastic bodies is movable between the partition plate and the main bearing in the axial direction of the rotating shaft. The elastic bodies are disposed between the plurality of columnar members in the circumferential direction.
