Abstract:
A scroll compressor (1), comprising: a compressor mechanism (CM) and a drive shaft (16); a main bearing (40); a bushing (51); and a counterbalance component (50), the counterbalance component (50) comprising a base mounted on the bushing (510 or integrally formed with the bushing (51), and a counterbalance part (502) extending out from the base. The counterbalance part (502) is arranged in a cavity and rotates around a rotational axis (L) along with the rotation of the drive shaft (16) and thus has an oil mixing face (5022) that acts as a windward face, the oil mixing face (5022) comprising a lower face (F2) near to the base and an upper face (F1) away from the base. The oil mixing face (5022) is structured so as to cause: the projected surface area of the upper face (F1) projected in the rotational direction of the counterbalance component (50) onto a projection reference plane to be larger than the projected surface area of the lower face (F2) projected in the rotational direction onto the projection reference plane. The present scroll compressor is able to provide better balance of motion and is able to implement better oil mixing and oil transmission effects, while at the same time markedly reducing the power consumption of oil mixing, and being simple in structure and easy to process and manufacture, thus having relatively high cost-effectiveness.
