Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a scroll-type fluid machine that makes it possible to achieve both quietness and a compact size. [Solution] A scroll-type fluid machine (1) that comprises a fixed scroll (4) and a movable scroll (7) that rotates around the axis of the fixed scroll (4). The base circle center of the scroll wrap (5) of the movable scroll (7) and the center of a bearing section (6a) (a bearing (23)) that is formed on a bottom plate (6) on which the scroll wrap (5) of the movable scroll (7) is erected are made to match and the center of the bottom plate (6) is offset with respect to the base circle center and the center of the bearing section (6a). In addition, the central axis of a wrap housing (81) that accommodates the scroll wraps (2, 5) and the central axis of a bottom plate housing (82) that accommodates the bottom plate (6) on the movable side thereof are offset in a manner that corresponds to the offset of the base circle center, and the diameter of the wrap housing (81) is set to be smaller than the diameter of the bottom plate housing (82).
