Abstract:
This seal member (100) is provided with: a base portion (110) which is held onto a cylinder (10) and through which a rod (20) is passed; and an oil lip portion (120) and a dust lip portion (130) which are attached to the base portion (110) and slide on the periphery of the rod (20). The oil lip portion (120) and the dust lip portion (130) are made from an elastic body including axially oriented fibers (150).
