Abstract:
Disclosed is a sealed external rotor electric motor structure, comprising a shell-type rotor, a self-aligning bearing seat, an oil seal, a concentric shaft, a stator and a magnetic steel. The self-aligning bearing seat is arranged in the shell-type rotor, a through-type bearing chamber concentric with the shell-type rotor is arranged in the self-aligning bearing seat, the front end of the through-type bearing chamber is opened, the front end face of the shell-type rotor is provided with a concentric shaft fixing hole, the concentric shaft is arranged in the through-type bearing chamber, the front end of the concentric shaft is extended into the concentric shaft fixing hole, the concentric shaft is provided with a seal groove located in the concentric shaft fixing hole, the concentric shaft is provided with a bearing located in the through-type bearing chamber, and the oil seal is arranged on the self-aligning bearing seat for realizing sealing of the tail end of the shell-type rotor. By means of the sealed external rotor electric motor structure of the present invention, the rotating stability of the shell-type rotor is high, and the sealing effect of the shell-type rotor in the process of rotating is improved.
