A sealing and connection structure for VSD cooling systems comprises a sleeve pipe (16), a sleeve-pipe seat (12), and a connector (17). The sleeve pipe (16) comprises a sleeve-pipe body (161) constructed into a cylinder and a sleeve-pipe connection portion (162). The sleeve-pipe seat (12) comprises a sleeve-pipe seat body (121) constructed into a cylinder and a sleeve-pipe seat hexagonal portion (122). External threads are provided on the outer surface of the sleeve-pipe seat body (121), and an axially-inward concave station is provided on the sleeve-pipe seat hexagonal portion (122) for receiving the sleeve pipe (16). The connector (17) comprises a connector body (171) constructed into a cylinder and a connector hexagonal portion (172), internal threads are provided on the inner surface of the connector body (171), and a radially-inward boss is provided on the connector hexagonal portion (172) for abutting against the sleeve-pipe connection portion (162). The sealing and connection structure for VSD cooling systems is easy to install and has a good sealing effect and low costs.
