Abstract:
Provided are a sealing structure capable of pre-setting a gap, and a fastening method. The sealing structure capable of pre-setting a gap comprises a fixing structure (1) and an auxiliary structure (2), wherein the fixing structure (1) is used for pressing and limiting a part to be positioned, and for forming a finished hole (7) in a surface of said part; the auxiliary structure (2) is used for assisting the fixing structure (1) in carrying out auxiliary limitation on said part; and adjusting protrusions (4) for pre-setting a gap are arranged on side walls of end faces, which cooperate with each other, of the fixing structure (1) and the auxiliary structure (2). Drilling and assembly precision can be ensured by providing the adjusting protrusions of a pre-set thickness on a working face of the sealing structure according to requirements; a gap between a sealing angled sheet and a stringer web (5) can be controlled by means of the adjusting protrusions; and the sealing angled sheet is made of glass fiber material, which is structurally lighter than an aluminum alloy material, such that a design requirement for lightning protection between a composite-material stringer and a metal wing rib (6) is met.
