The present invention relates to a sealing structure of an one-hole faucet assembly and, more specifically, to a sealing structure of an one-hole faucet assembly in which ease of assembly is improved by enhancing the sealing properties of a distribution nozzle tube body that distributes hot water and cold water to use water from the one-hole faucet assembly.
