Abstract:
A counterweight (50) that biases a ratchet lever (36) to the antilock side in addition to the self-weight of the ratchet lever is provided in a mechanism that locks a seat belt pulling out operation in response to the operation of an acceleration sensor (30). In the counterweight, a moment transmission protrusion (53) that allows the free rotation of the ratchet lever by becoming disengaged with the ratchet lever when the tilt angle of a seat back is less than 60°, and transmits, as rotational biasing force to the antilock side, rotational moment (rotational moment in the direction of arrow R3) produced by the self-weight of the counterweight (50) to the ratchet lever by engaging with an engagement wall (36f) of the ratchet lever when the tilt angle of the seat back is 60° or more is provided.
