Abstract:
[Problem] To satisfactorily induce sleep for a sitting person on a seat device. [Solution] Provided are: a pressing devices 40, 42 that are provided on a seat back 34 and press the back or hip of a sitting person so as to induce breathing; at least one of temperature regulator 52 for changing the temperature of a seat cushion 30 or the seat back 34, and a shape regulator 44 for changing the surface shape of the seat cushion 30 or the seat back; and a controller 100 that controls the pressing devices 40, 42 so as to press the back or hip of the sitting person in a cycle set for a respiratory cycle of a sleeping person and controls at least one of the temperature regulator 52 and the shape regulator 44.
