Abstract:
Disclosed are a seaweed knotting machine and a knotting method. The seaweed knotting machine comprises a rack, a PLC control device and a pneumatic control system, wherein the rack is provided with a feeding device, a material conveying device, a knotting device and a cutting device. The knotting device comprises a first pneumatic clamping device, a second pneumatic clamping device and a third pneumatic clamping device. Seaweed knotting can be achieved by the knotting device simulating handwork.
