Abstract:
A seaweed sandwich sheet production apparatus, relating to the field of seaweed processing, and comprising a machine frame (1), a seaweed-arranging transmission mechanism being arranged above the machine frame (1), the machine frame (1) comprising a machine frame front part (101) and a machine frame rear part (102), a first seaweed-laying mechanism (2) being arranged above the seaweed-arranging transmission mechanism directly opposite to the machine frame front part (101), a second seaweed-laying mechanism (2) being arranged above the seaweed-arranging transmission mechanism directly opposite to the machine frame rear part (102), a feeding apparatus (4) being arranged above the seaweed-arranging transmission mechanism between the first seaweed-laying mechanism (2) and the second seaweed-laying mechanism (3), a material collecting apparatus (5) arranged to correspond to the feeding apparatus (4) being arranged below the seaweed-arranging transmission mechanism between the machine frame front part (101) and the machine frame rear part (102), and a seaweed-pushing transmission mechanism (8) used for pushing seaweed into an oven being arranged behind the machine frame rear part (102). The present seaweed sandwich sheet production apparatus implements the automatic separation and laying and automatic feeding of seaweed sheets and automatic laying of a second sheet to automate the production of seaweed sandwich sheets, replacing manual seaweed laying and feeding and increasing production efficiency; the entire machine has a simple structure, convenient operation, and stable running.
