Abstract:
Disclosed is a second-stage collapsible drum structure specific to coiling machines, wherein the main body is a drum (1) comprising coiling machine sector plates (2), a coiling machine mandrel (3) and an expanding-collapsing cylinder (4). Four coiling machine sector plates (2) are provided, and two linear T-shaped key slots (5) are arranged in parallel on the bottom surface of the coiling machine sector plate (2). T-shaped keys (6) are fitted in the T-shaped key slots (5) and are fixed on the coiling machine mandrel (3), and the rear end of the coiling machine mandrel (3) is connected to the expanding-collapsing cylinder(4), so that the coiling machine sector plates (2) and the coiling machine mandrel (3) are more closely connected with each other. The installation difficulty is thus lowered, the friction is effectively reduced, and the equipment service life is prolonged.
