Abstract:

The present invention relates to a secondary battery pouch manufacturing apparatus, capable of alleviating or removing pouch wrinkles caused by a pouch base material being unevenly drawn in due to horizontal misalignment or misaligned symmetry of a die and a stripper when manufacturing a pouch. According to the present invention, the secondary battery pouch manufacturing apparatus comprises: a lower die having an accommodating groove for forming a cup portion of a pouch, on a base surface on which the pouch is placed; a punch which is inserted into the accommodating groove of the lower die so as to form the cup portion of the pouch; and a stripper provided to press down a peripheral portion of the pouch positioned in the periphery of a portion being formed as the cup portion of the pouch by the punch, wherein the stripper and the lower die grip the peripheral portion of the pouch by pressing same from above and below; as the punch is inserted into the accommodating groove while the peripheral portion of the pouch is gripped by the stripper and the lower die, the cup portion of the pouch is formed; and any one of the lower die and the stripper pressing the peripheral portion of the pouch has a skid-proof groove formed thereon.
