Abstract:
A segmentation method, apparatus and device based on a natural language, and a storage medium, which relate to the field of big data processing, and are used for performing segmentation by using a natural language processing algorithm, thereby improving the flexibility and accuracy of segmentation. The method comprises: acquiring speech data to be processed from a first service scenario, or acquiring text data to be processed from a second service scenario; when said speech data is acquired, inputting said speech data into a pre-set speech recognition model to perform feature screening and segmentation by means of a natural language processing algorithm, so as to generate target text segmentation data; when said text data is acquired, inputting said text data into a pre-trained text segmentation model to perform feature screening and segmentation, so as to generate target text segmentation data; and generating target response data according to the target text segmentation data and a scenario configuration. The present application further relates to blockchain technology, and speech data to be processed can be stored in a blockchain.
