Abstract:
A self-adaptive deviation rectifying roller, comprising a roller core (1) and a roller body. The roller body comprises a plurality of fan-shaped plates (2) sequentially arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction; the inner wall of each fan-shaped plate is provided with a swing portion (21) and two groups of guide limiting mechanisms; each swing portion is hinged to the roller core, and the axial direction of a hinged shaft is perpendicular to the axial direction of the roller core; the two guide limiting mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the corresponding swing portion along the axial direction of the roller core; the guide limiting mechanisms are connected to the roller core and are configured to guide the swing motion of the fan-shaped plates and constrain the swing strokes of the fan-shaped plates. The deviation rectifying roller can realize automatic centering of a strip steel, without requiring external force intervention and a detection sensor; the device is simple in structure, high in working reliability and good in economic performance.
