Abstract:

A self-adaptive security check apparatus based on conveying speed change, relating to the field of security check, and comprising three portions, i.e., a base unit, a scanning unit, and a speed measurement assembly. The base unit comprises a conveyor belt (1) for goods conveying, and a housing module erected on the conveyor belt (1). The scanning unit comprises at least one group of ray sources accommodated in the housing module, placed at an inclined preset angle, and pointed to the conveyor belt (1), a detector mounted opposite to each group of ray sources, and a control module (11) electrically connected to the detector and the ray sources. A speed measurement unit comprises a speed measurement sensor mounted at an inlet/outlet of the housing module. Speed measurement is performed on the conveyor belt (1) by means of two groups of photoelectric sensors (12) provided at two sides of a framework, and then a current of an X-ray machine (6) is adjusted and a sampling frequency of a detection board is controlled by means of the control module, thereby solving the problem of imaging blurriness of a security check system or even incapability of imaging due to the fact that existing security check apparatuses cannot automatically respond after the speed of the belt conveyor changes.
