Abstract:
Disclosed are a self-bonding paint, a corona-resistant polyimide paint, a preparation method and use. The self-bonding paint consists of hydantoin epoxy resin, TGBAPP, CE793, 4,4'-diamino diphenyl sulfone, and m-xylylenediamine. The corona-resistant polyimide paint is composed of a polyamic acid solution having a concentration of 20% (w/w) and inorganic nano powder treated with a coupling agent. The preparation process for the self-bonding paint and the corona-resistant polyimide paint is simple and environmentally friendly. The prepared subsequent product self-bonding corona-resistant polyimide paint and enameled wire are suitable for the manufacture of coil windings of high-power motors and large-scale high-power transformers.
