Abstract:

A self-cleaning plastic pelletizer, comprising a pelletizing chamber (1), a cutting shaft (2), a conveyor belt (3), a feeding port (4), and a discharging port (5). The feeding port (4) is provided at an upper end of the pelletizing chamber (1). The discharging port (5) is provided at the right side of the pelletizing chamber (1). The cutting shaft (2) is provided at an upper end of an inner side of the pelletizing chamber (1). The conveyor belt (3) is provided at a lower end of the inner side of the pelletizing chamber (1). A cleaning device is provided in the pelletizing chamber (1). The cleaning device comprises a first fixing shaft (8). Two second fixing shafts (9) are disposed perpendicular to an upper end of the first fixing shaft (8). The cutting shaft (2) is disposed between the two second fixing shafts (9). A cleaning brush (10) corresponding to the cutting shaft (2) is disposed on an inner side of the second fixing shafts (9), and a first fixing slot (11) is provided on an inner side of an upper end of the second fixing shafts (9). A first fixing block (12) corresponding to the first fixing slot (11) is provided at the upper end of the inner side of the pelletizing chamber (1). A support (15) is provided at a lower end of the first fixing shaft (8), and a rotating shaft is provided at a lower end of the support (15). A cleaning wheel (16) is provided on the rotating shaft. The cleaning wheel (16) is disposed above the conveyor belt (3). Cleaning the pelletizer improves the cleanliness thereof.
