Abstract:
A self-cleaning water nozzle, comprising a shell (1) and a rear cover (2). A water pipe (3) and a taper sleeve (4) are disposed in an inner cavity of the shell (1). The front portion of the water pipe (3) is inserted into a sleeve cavity of the taper sleeve (4) in a sealed mode. The front end of a pipe cavity is communicated with the sleeve cavity of the taper sleeve (4) through a water outlet (3a) in the wall of the pipe cavity, and the rear end of the pipe cavity is communicated with an external water source. The taper sleeve (4) is provided with a water spray opening (4a), and the water spray opening (4a) is blocked or opened by means of a fine needle (3b) disposed at the front end of the water pipe (3). The outer circle of the water pipe (3) is fixedly connected to a piston (6), a first air cavity (7) is formed between the piston (6) and the taper sleeve (4a), and a second air cavity (8) is formed between the taper sleeve (4) and the inner wall of the shell. A front spring (9) and a rear spring (10) are disposed between the piston (6) and the taper sleeve (4) and between the piston (6) and the rear cover respectively. According to the nozzle, the water spray opening can be internally blocked or opened automatically, the situation that the water spray opening is blocked abnormally due to the fact that external dust enters the water spray opening is completely avoided, and a water channel is kept unblocked. Fine water particles can be sprayed out through the nozzle, the action area of water mist on surrounding dust can be enlarged, and the dust suppression effect is improved.
