Abstract:
The all world is trying to change the vehicles from fossil fuel to electric but the large number batteries, high battery cost, long time of recharging and the charging station's limitations are makes it difficult. This technology can reduce this problems very effectively. All most vehicles are running on the road uses the rubber or rubberized tires. The tire getting pressed up (lifted up and getting flat) a little at the bottom frequently wherever contact with road on rotation of the tire wherever touching the road. This happening by the gravity, the weight and running of the vehicle. Here, this possibility is used to produce Electric current with the arrangement of some magnets, solenoids and some specially designed fittings around the wheel in the tire to help run an electric car more long with less battery and less recharging time.

Claims

1. [Claim.1 ] With the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly, when increasing the speed, the power generation will increase so can charge the battery on running.

2. [Claim.2] When the car motor needed more power (eg. while slow running or running to high) the battery power and the self power generating tire and wheel assembly power can use simultaneously and when the car run fast the electricity from the assembly can charge the battery. This is very good advantageous of this technology.

3. [Claim.3] With the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly, can reduce the Electrical charging time duration very effectively so electrical charging stations also can manage well.

4. [Claim.4] With the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly, the electricity charging current will be lesser than before so the electric bill payment also can reduce.

5. [Claim.5] With the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly, It will be more useful with the combination of Solar panels if can get the sunlight on running or in parking time.

6. [Claim.6] The Self power generating tire and wheel assembly - All most vehicles are running on the road uses the rubber or rubberized tires. The tire getting pressed up (lifted up and getting flat) a little at the bottom frequently wherever contact with road on rotation of the tire wherever touching the road. This happening by the gravity, the weight and running of the vehicle. 7. [Claim.7] E-waste - Now this days the E-waste management is very difficulties for all world. If all world turn to electric vehicle what will be the result of battery waste in future, it will be very large amount of waste than E-waste and it will be multiplied very faster than E-waste because of its large size, large quantity needs in each vehicles and very large number of Vehicle in the world. Nobody thinking seriously about future that large amount of used battery waste. The Self power generating tire and wheel assembly can reduce that problems very effectively.

8. [Claim.8] Car and very large vehicles like buses, trucks, trailers and container trailers are used many number of tires. We can convert all vehicle tire to The Self power generating tire and wheel assembly to avoid pollution, reduce expense and reduce battery waste and a little help the world to keep Green.

9. [Claim.9] The Self power generating tire and wheel assembly can use in the space research vehicles (rovers) in space where the gravity force is there. Many possibilities are there in space. With a proper size of this device in space research vehicle can operate in a low sunlight area. With this technology, the space vehicles can run more longer and faster than before because of its self power generation.

AMENDED CLAIMS

1 . Amended. The Self power generating tire and wheel assembly system consists many power generating pipe assembly arranged in the tire as layers as and in rows between around the wheel hub and tire protection stainless steel mesh. The tire protection stainless steel mesh is thicken stainless steel plain sheet consists round holes as the size is to project the stainless steel balls to the inner layer of tire through the round holes. The tire protection stainless steel mesh (shield) is fixed under around the tire after some air gape and the half of the stainless steel ball is situate between in this air gape (means half of the stainless steel ball is situated between the tire and tire protection stainless steel mesh (shield). The tire and tire protection stainless steel mesh (shield). is protect the tire from the hitting the pipe directly, protect the pipe from bent and protect enter the stainless steel ball into the pipe more than the limit. All the pipe assembly, Wheel hub and the tire protection stainless steel mesh (shield).welded together with the stainless steel roads to get enough strengthen.

2. Amended. The each electricity generating pipe assembly fitted in the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly is consists many solenoids wounded around and over the each stainless steel pipe, and inserted magnets as per the number of the solenoids. Keep all magnets within its solenoids in the pipe with the rubber washer and stainless steel spacer washer.

3. Amended. Connected each power generating pipe assembly’s solenoids separately through a non return power electronic circuit for each to block the generated electricity went to the other all power generating assembly which is not between the wheel hub and the road get energized in the tire self power generating wheel and tire assembly and not get the output power

4. Amended. Connected each Self power generating tire and wheel assembly separately through a non return electronic circuits for each to avoid electrical clashes in between the power generation assemblies.

5. Amended. Connected each Self power generating tire and wheel assembly through non return electronic power control circuit to slip ring which fitted with wheel and to main electronic power controller unit of a vehicle and given the controlled electric connection to the motor and battery of the vehicle.

6. Amended. A spring is used in each power generating pipe assembly at the wheel hub side the magnets,

. spacer rubber washer and stainless steel spacer washer are inserted in the pipe and a stainless steel ball at the tire side of the pipe is on its housing to the tire protection stainless steel mesh (shield). A group of pipe assembly comes between the wheel hub and the road and all of that stainless steel balls of that pip’s assembly and all magnets getting up when the tire getting up wherever touching the road and the spring getting energized, and that group of power generating pipe assembly is rolling back or front and the spring released the energy back and all magnets and stainless steel balls are getting normal position and continuing this function on the motion of a tire and cut magnetic field by the solenoids and electricity is produced continuously as the Farad’s low of the induction

7. Amended The stain less steel ball may any non-magnetized materials ball; and a roller; or any other shaped fittings to get maximum motion of the magnets in pipe to get maximum output

8. Amended. The other model of the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly is molded some parts as a single part with a non magnetic materials like stainless steel, aluminum, alloy, hard rubber, nylon, plastic, fiber or such any other materials . The non magnetic pipes, tire protected mesh (shield) and joining accessories molded as a single piece with any other non magnetic materials and installed all fittings on it as Claim3 in each holes made as the pipe in the mold,

9. Amended. Mold a new tire around the assembly when complete all fittings in the assembly.

10. Added. While slow speed running to high speed of an electrical vehicles (said in Claiml ) the battery power and the self power generating tire and wheel assembly power can use together and when the vehicle reach normal speed or fast then the electricity from the assembly charges the battery.

1 1 . Added. With the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly with electricity generating solar panel used to run an electrical vehicle at day time on sunny times without a battery, capacitor, any other stored electricity or any other electrical sources

12. Added. With the use of Self power generating tire and wheel assembly, the electricity charging current and charging time duration is less for electrical vehicles.

13. Added. Electrical vehicles are running on rubber or rubberized tires. The tire getting pressed up or getting flat a little at the bottom frequently wherever contact with road on rotation of the tire wherever touching the road. This happening by the gravity. Here, this possibility is used to produce Electric current with the arrangement of some magnets, solenoids and some specially designed fittings (fig 2) around the wheel in the tire to generate electricity to charging the battery on running; run an electric vehicle more long; reduce the time duration of recharging; reduce the size of battery pack.

14. Added. Electrical vehicles like Cars, buses, trucks, trailers and container trailers tires can convert to the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly.

15. Added. When the car motor needed more power (egg. while slow running to high) the battery power and the tire and wheel assembly power can use together

16. Added. On running of a vehicle with this system is charge the battery and drive the car motor together

17. Added. Self Power Generating Tire and Wheel Assembly is made for produce maximum electricity to run electric vehicles from their own tire. Said power generating system and a power generating solar panel is fitted in a car can run without any battery pack.

18. Added. Said power generating system and a power generating solar panel is fitted in a car is run at sunny day time without any battery pack.

19. Added. The Self power generating tire and wheel assembly use in the space research vehicles (rovers) in space (like surface of in the Moon and Mars) where the gravity force is there. With this device space research vehicles operates on a low sunlight area.

Title of the Invention : Self Power Generating Tire and Wheel Assembly

• All most vehicles are running on the road uses the rubber or rubberized tires. The tire getting pressed up (lift up or getting flat) a little at the bottom frequently wherever contact with road on rotation of the tire wherever touching the road. This happening by the gravity, the weight and running of the vehicle. So the tire getting up (lift up) a little or flat at bottom where the tire touch on the road frequently and vary the outer radius surface area of the tire where touch the road while running of the vehicle. Here, this (bottom lifting up and getting flat) possibility is used to produce Electric current to help run an electric vehicle with less battery pack, can charge the battery on running time and to reduce the time duration of recharging.

• This will be very helpful for all world because all world is suffering for pollution and global warming and one of the main reason is large number of the vehicle in the world. So the all world trying to convert the vehicles fossil fuel to electric vehicles but some major problems like large number of batteries, long recharging time, more cost than fuel fossil vehicles, etc. are makes it difficult. This all problems can reduce with the Self power generating tire and wheel assembly system very effectively. And combination of solar panels with this system can drive small car even with a single 1 0Oah battery in day time.

• I have applied for the national patent in India on 02/03/201 9. The application No. 201941008204 and published on 08/03/2019 as early publication. Journal No. 1 0/2019. RQ No. R20194006471 .

Technical Field

• Explanation to make a Self power generating tire and wheel assembly : Prepare enough stainless- steel or any other non-magnetize pieces of pipe as our required measurement and make solenoids (number of copper wire winding, wire gage depending on magnet, required volt and current) around the pipe as per the number of permanent magnets proposed to install in the pipe and make sure each magnet covered a solenoid (figure No. 1 ). Then insert a proper spring, steel spacer washer, rubber or fiber washer and permanent magnets again rubber or fiber washer and permanent magnets as continue up to the other end of the pipe (figure No. 1 ). The spring should be at wheel (disk) side and other end of each pipe should come to the tire side and have to fit a head ball and its housing to this end (figure No. 1 ). The head ball should stainless-steel, smoothen and polished and ball could rotate freely in its stainless steel housing.

• Fix slip rings on the wheel-rim and connect all solenoids in parallel or series (as our required volt and current) in each pipe assembly then connect to the slip ring through a small electronic power controller each pipe assembly. Many pipe assembly can fit around the wheel in the tire with a specially designed stainless steel structure by many rows and layers around the wheel in the tire (figure no. 2 & 5) including a stainless steel tire protection shield around and near inner diameter of radial tire and can fill air. Then can get the electric power from all the wheel-tires assembly ( when the car is on running ) through carbon brush which connected with slip rings in the wheel of the vehicle (figure no. 2) through a main electronic power controller unit to battery and take the power for motor to drive the car through electronic power controller (figure no. 4).

Background Art

• When each pipe assembly corns between the wheel (disk) and the road, the projected portion of the steel ball will hit by the tire’s inner surface by gravity and weight of the car. So the ball get inn (lift up) and all magnets and its attachment which connected to the steel ball moves to up (lift up) in the pipe and the spring will store energy (compressed) and then all magnets and its attachments and ball will come back to normal position when the particular tire surface away from the road and the same time spring release energy by rotation of tire while running car on the road. So in each movement (magnets in the pipe move in and out within the solenoids) a group of magnet-fields cuts by a group of solenoids fitted around the pipe and produce an electric current. So a group of pipe assembly (whichever within bottom flat area) At a time will come between road and the wheel in one tire and such the four wheel and tire assembly (figure no. 4) of a car will get a large amount of electricity to help drive an electric car with very less battery pack. This happening by the gravity, weight of the vehicle and rotation of the tire while moving the car on the road, more result can get with a little less air in tire.

Summary of Invention

• All most vehicles are running on the road uses the rubber or rubberized tires. The tire getting pressed up (lift up or getting flat) a little at the bottom frequently wherever contact with road on rotation of the tire wherever touching the road (figure no. 3). This happening by the gravity, the weight and running of the vehicle. So the tire getting up (lift up) a little up or flat at bottom where the tire touch on the road frequently and vary the outer radius surface area of the tire where touch the road while running of the vehicle (figure no. 3). Here, this (bottom lifting up and getting flat) possibility is used to produce Electric current to help run an electric car and to reduce the capacity of battery pack.

Technical Problem

• The permanent magnets and its washers may get scratch. Solution given below in Solution No. 1 .

• The tire may get damaged by hit the pipe assembly directly. Solution given below in Solution No. 2.

• It is a little difficulties to make this assembly and insert into the tire. The solution given below in the solution to problems No. 3 and No. 5.

• The pipe assembly may misaligned while running. The Solution given below in Solution No. 4.

• A little difficulties the unit install in the tire. The solution given below in the solution No. 5.

Solution to Problem

• Solution No. 1 - All magnet, washer, spacer and spring should be a little lesser diameter than the pipe’s inner diameter because of its free movement in the pipe and pack all magnets and washers together and make a coating around the pack to protect from scratch while move the magnets and washers pack move in the pipe. Then have to apply lubricants (like Greece) in the pipe and in the stainless steel ball and its housing.

• Solution No. 2- Stainless steel Tire protection shield is a thicker SS sheet just near and around in the tire with round hole cuttings. The hole diameter is same as SS pipe’s outer diameter and number of holes is as per the number of SS pipe assemblies. Each pipe assembly ends and fitted in this hole and the SS ball will be projected from this hole between the shield and the tire by the tension of the spring in pipe assembly in normal position in each pipe assembly. The tire protection shield will help to protect from the tire getting damaged and SS ball getting more inn.

• Solution No. 3- The above said specially designed stainless steel structure including the pipes and tire protection shield can mold as a single piece and can install spring, permanent magnets, solenoids and other all attachments and can mold (make) tire over the device in case large level production.

• Solution No. 4- Stainless steel structure - This maid by SS roads, SS sheets and SS fittings and the tire protection shield, inner SS base layer ( near the wheel - rim ) is also the parts of this, SS pipe assembly fixed in it by SS cross bars and SS road rings this keeps the stability and alignment of each pipe assembly in the tire while running. And tire protection shield will protect against damage the tire by hit the pipe assembly even on a rash road.

• Solution No. 5- A little difficulties but it is possible to insert into the tire and fill the air. Make the unit out of the tire with all stainless steel structure as per the measurement of the tire and wheel then break it as three pieces as two large and a small pieces. Then insert one side of the tire into the wheel first and Insert the two large size portion into the tire through between the tire and wheel rim (like rubber tube inserting into the tire between tire and the rim of the wheel) and insert the small one then fix all three pieces together with nuts and bolts then the whole structure fix with wheel which is pree welded brackets in the wheel to fix the structure, take all cables out from the pipe assembly to slip ring through the way provided previously and apply air sealant on the cable way and put second side of the tire to the wheel and fill the air. Special tools and skill needed for this. But the all designed stainless steel structure including the pipes and tire protection shield can mold as a single piece and can install spring, permanent magnets, solenoids and other all attachments and can mold (make) tire over the device in case of large quantity production.

Advantageous Effects of Invention

• When increasing the speed, the power generation will increase so can charge the battery on running of the vehicle some more effectively.

• Can reduce the Electrical charging time duration very effectively so electrical charging stations also can manage well.

• The electricity charging current will be lesser than before so the electric bill payment also can reduce.

• It will be more useful with the combination of Solar panels if sunlight can get on running time or in parking time.

• Lithium Iron batteries are more preferred electric vehicle manufacturers because of its good

efficiency. But the Lithium is very less quantity in the earth. This technology can reduce that problems by reducing the battery pack. • With this technology can reduce the cost of all electrical vehicle because of its less backup battery pack. Now these days the battery pack is costly.

• E-waste - Now this days the E-waste management is very difficulties for all world. What will be the result of battery waste in future if all world turn to electric vehicle, there will be very large amount of battery waste than E-waste and it will be multiplied very faster than E-waste because of its large size, large quantity needs in each vehicles and very large number of Vehicle needed battery in the world. Nobody thinking seriously about future that large amount of used battery waste. This technology can reduce that problems very effectively

• 19 Solenoid lead - (Solenoid out leads to connect electric cable).

• 22 Stainless steel spacer - (or any non magnetized metals spacer and a rubber washer can used between spring and the magnet).

• 23 Spring - (Size and tension of the spring should work properly to get inn the ball and push the magnets in the pipe which is touched the ball through rubber washer when each (or a group of pipe assembly) pipe assembly come between the road and the wheel. And the spring size and tension should be able to push back all magnets and steel ball to the normal position when roll back the tire (get out between the road and the wheel position) while running the vehicle).
