Abstract:
The present invention relates to a semi-automatic scanner for ultrasonic inspection of a branch tube welded zone, the semi-automatic scanner having a small size and being capable of performing inspection while moving in a state of being attached, by a magnetic force, to an object to be inspected, and being applicable to various types of fittings having various shapes such as a branch tube elbow or the like. The semi-automatic scanner for ultrasonic inspection according to the present invention comprises: a probe for inspecting a welded zone by irradiating ultrasonic waves on the surface of the object; a probe holder for applying an elastic force to fasten the probe so that the probe is in close contact with the surface of the object; an installation bracket, having a rod shape, to which the probe holder is movably coupled in the horizontal direction; four wheel portions slidably installed on both sides of each of front and rear portions of the installation bracket in the vertical direction; and four magnet portions installed on the four wheel portions, respectively, and making the wheel portions in close contact with the object by the magnetic force.
