Abstract:
A semi-automatic thermal shrink packaging machine, comprising a rack (1) on which a thermal shrink device (2), a seal-cut base (3), a heat sealing cutter rest (4), a first conveyer belt (5), and a second conveyer belt (6) are provided. A heat sealing cutter (7) is provided on the heat sealing cutter rest (4), and the heat sealing cutter rest (4) rotates with a hinge part as an axis, so that the heat sealing cutter (7) is made to be close to or away from the seal-cut base (3); the seal-cut (3) can move up and down. By changing the up-and-down position of the seal-cut base (3), the packaging machine changes the height of a position where the heat sealing cutter (7) and the seal-cut base (3) are closed relative to the conveyer belts, and can adjust the closed position to middle parts of boxes when packaging boxes with different heights, so that after thermal shrinkage, the force applied to a closed line horizontally located at the middle parts of the boxes is uniform, thereby achieving firm packaging structures.
