Abstract:
A semiconductor circuit (1) is provided with: an analog circuit (101) into which a signal to be measured is input; and a digital circuit (102) that outputs a digital output signal. The analog circuit (101) has: a correction element group (10) including correction elements that each correct an offset which is the amount of deviation that occurs in a path through which the signal to be measured is transmitted due to characteristic variations of the analog circuit; and an inspection element group (20) including inspection elements that inspect the correction elements. The digital circuit (102) uses the inspection element group (20) to inspect the correction element group (10).
