Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to connect chopper switches appropriately to a multi-stage amplifier. This semiconductor circuit is provided with a plurality of amplifiers which are connected in series, and each of which amplifies an input side signal and outputs the same to the output side. A first chopper switch is connected to the input side of a first amplifier which is connected first among the plurality of amplifiers, and a second chopper switch is connected to the output side of the first amplifier. The first and second chopper switches operate in synchronism with a first chopper clock. Third chopper switches are connected to the input sides of second amplifiers which are connected second and subsequently among the plurality of amplifiers, and fourth chopper switches are connected to the output sides of the second amplifiers. The third and fourth chopper switches operate in synchronism with a second chopper clock. One end of a phase compensating capacitor is connected to an input portion of the third chopper switch.
