Abstract:
According to the present invention, first and second output transistors (MPOUT, MNOUT) are connected in series between a power supply terminal (101) and a ground terminal (102) via an output node (No) connected to an output terminal (103). An output transistor control circuit (190) is disposed corresponding to at least one among the first and second output transistors, and is configured such that the voltage of the output terminal (103) is input to the gate of the first output transistor (MPOUT) when the power supply terminal (101) is disconnected, and is input to the gate of the second output transistor (MNOUT) when the ground terminal (102) is disconnected. The first output transistor (MPOUT) is a conductive type that turns off when the power supply voltage (VDD) is input to the gate, and the second output transistor (MNOUT) is a conductive type that turns off when a ground voltage (GND) is input to the gate.
