Abstract:
A semiconductor device. The semiconductor device comprises multiple storage unit groups and multiple sensing amplification unit groups, and at least two storage unit groups share the same sensing amplification unit group, so that a sensing amplification unit located between two adjacent storage unit groups can be omitted, thus when the semiconductor device has a certain total area, the storage capacity of the semiconductor device can be enlarged, or when it is ensured that the storage capacity of the semiconductor device is not changed, two adjacent storage unit groups are close to each other, so as to further reduce the area of the semiconductor device.
