Abstract:
The present invention relates to a semiconductor light-emitting device and, more particularly, to a semiconductor light-emitting device capable of improving reliability of a light-emitting region when a plurality of electrically connected light-emitting units are manufactured. In the semiconductor light-emitting device according to the present invention, at least one of a first upper electrode and a second upper electrode is configured to be electrically connected to a first pad electrode or a second pad electrode, respectively, in at least a portion of the upper portion of each of the plurality of light-emitting units at least partially covered by the first pad electrode or the second pad electrode.
