Abstract:
According to a semitransparent organic solar cell using a conductive polymer, and a manufacturing method therefor, presented in the present invention, a conductive polymer layer is formed by using a liquid conductive polymer material, which can act as both an electrode and a hole transport role, instead of using a metal material as an electrode, such that an organic solar cell can be manufactured with only a solution process and without carrying out a process for depositing a metal electrode, and thus total processing time and processing costs can be reduced.
