Abstract:
A sense amplifier, a storage device, and a reading and writing method. The sense amplifier comprises: a first switch unit, a second switch unit, and an amplifying latch module, wherein a first port of the amplifying latch module is electrically connected by means of the first switch unit to a bit line connected to a storage unit; a second port of the amplifying latch module is electrically connected by means of the second switch unit to a reference voltage signal; the amplifying latch module is used for amplifying a signal at a sensing and amplification stage; the first switch unit is configured to transmit a voltage on the bit line to the first port before the sensing and amplification stage; and the second switch unit is configured to transmit the reference voltage signal to the second port before the sensing and amplification stage, and disconnect the electrical connection between the reference voltage signal and the second port at the sensing and amplification stage.
