Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sensor for detecting a tissue-derived biomaterial at a high analysis efficiency. According to the present technology, provided is a sensor for detecting a tissue-derived biomaterial, wherein a first unit, said first unit being configured of a holding surface for holding a tissue-derived biomaterial and an electrode area which is provided below the holding surface and detects a potential change on the holding surface, and a second unit, said second unit being configured of a holding surface for holding the tissue-derived biomaterial and a photoelectric converting part which is provided below the holding surface and formed on a semiconductor substrate, are arranged in a two-dimensional array pattern.
