Abstract:
A sensor device according to the present invention is provided with: an integration-period-control-signal generation circuit that deactivates a current mirror circuit in a period during which it is not necessary to integrate a current from an output-side bipolar transistor into a reference capacitor and that activates the current mirror circuit before a period during which it is necessary to integrate the current from the output-side bipolar transistor into the reference capacitor, thereby charging a stray capacitor between a sensor unit and an input-side bipolar transistor; and a computation circuit that detects that the sensor unit has been pressed on the basis of a change in the period taken for the potential at a detection-side terminal, which is a node between the output-side bipolar transistor and the reference capacitor, to reach a prescribed threshold.
