Abstract:
In a sensor device in which adjustment information of the sensor device can be written from the outside, there is a possibility that unauthorized writing of the adjustment information may occur. A sensor device 1 according to the present embodiment is constituted by: a detection unit 2 that detects a physical amount; a nonvolatile memory 5 that stores adjustment information 6 and protect information 7; an adjustment unit 3 that adjusts an output signal of the detection unit 2 on the basis of contents of the adjustment information 6; an output unit 4 that outputs an output of the adjustment unit 3 to the outside via an external terminal 12; a communication unit 11 that communicates with the outside of the sensor device 1 via an external terminal 13; a writing unit 8 that performs a writing process to the nonvolatile memory 6 on the basis of information from the communication unit 11; an erasing unit 9 that performs an erasing process of the nonvolatile memory 5 on the basis of information from the communication unit 11; and a readout unit 10 that performs a readout process from the nonvolatile memory 5 on the basis of information from the communication unit 11.
