Abstract:
A sequential oil supply device, comprising a valve body (5), a valve stem (6), and a drive assembly (7). The valve body (5) is provided with a valve cavity (501); the valve stem (6) is installed in the valve cavity (501) and capable of one-way rotation; a plurality of oil supply branches (502) are provided on the valve body (5), and the oil inlet of each oil supply branch (502) is communicated with the valve cavity (501); an primary oil supply circuit (601) is provided in the valve stem (6), and the oil inlet of the primary oil supply circuit (601) is used for connection to an oil supply unit (3); the drive assembly (7) is installed in the valve body (5) and configured to drive the valve stem (6) to rotate by a predetermined degree each time to enable the oil outlet of the primary oil supply circuit (601) on the valve stem (6) to be connected to the oil inlet of each oil supply branch (502) in turn. Also provided is a fully automatic lubricant injection device for an excavator, comprising a plurality of oil supply passages. Each oil supply passage is provided with a switch component (4); one end of each oil supply passage is connected to the oil supply unit (3), and the other end is used for connection to a mechanism to be lubricated, wherein at least one of the oil supply passages is provided with the sequential oil supply device as described above. The device has the advantages of simple structure, high oil supply reliability, and high automation level.
