Abstract:
A sewing machine integrating presser foot lifting and thread tension adjustment, comprising: a presser foot lifting assembly, comprising a presser bar (21) that can move up and down, a presser foot (22) mounted at the lower end of the presser bar (21), and a guide member (23) fixed on the presser bar (21); a thread clamp, comprising a thread clamping bar (31) that can move axially, a thread clamping piece (32) and a thread clamping spring (33) sleeved on the thread clamping bar (31), and a spring limiting member (34) mounted on the thread clamping bar (31), both ends of the thread clamping spring (33) abutting against the thread clamping piece (32) and the spring limiting member (34); a drive motor (40); and a driving mechanism, comprising a drive crank (50) driven to rotate by the drive motor (40), a presser foot lifting clutch assembly connected between the drive crank (50) and the guide member (23), and a thread tension adjustment clutch assembly connected between the drive crank (50) and the thread clamping bar (31). According to the present invention, the cost of the sewing machine can be reduced, the structure of the sewing machine can be optimized, and the noise generated when lifting and lowering the presser foot (22), when adjusting the thread tension, when the thread clamp clamps a thread, and when the thread clamp releases a thread can be reduced; moreover, the lifting height of the presser foot (22) is controllable, so that the presser foot (22) can be lifted up to any height below the highest point.
