Abstract:
A shaft workpiece positioning device (100) adaptable to different sizes, comprising a first gripping mechanism (2) and a second gripping mechanism (3) disposed in the length direction and spaced from each other, and a supporting mechanism (4) disposed between the first gripping mechanism (2) and the second gripping mechanism (3). The supporting mechanism (4) comprises a supporting base (44), and a supporting assembly (43) disposed on the supporting base (44) and used for supporting a shaft workpiece; the supporting assembly (43) is provided with a pair of symmetrically disposed supporting portions (41) on both sides of the central axis of the shaft workpiece supported by the supporting assembly (43); the pair of supporting portions (41) comprises a pair of inclined portions (411) having the top ends approach toward each other, a pair of symmetrically disposed abutting portions (412) connected in such a manner that the abutting portions (412) can be moved along the inclination directions of the pair of inclined portions (411), and a first power unit (413) that provides power for the abutting portions (412) to move along the inclined portions (411). Also provided is a welding system having the shaft workpiece positioning device. The positioning device can adaptively position shaft workpieces of different sizes, and the welding system can implement automatic loading and unloading, thereby achieving efficient and flexible intelligent manufacturing and production, reducing the production cost, and improving the production efficiency.
