Abstract:
A shaking device and method for uniformly mixing a luminescent reagent in a tube. The device comprises a shaking base (1), a shaking motor (2), a rotary cylinder (3), a positioning disc (4), a cup holder (5) and a cup hole (6). The upper end of the shaking base (1) is connected to a motor holder (7). The shaking motor (2) is connected to the motor holder (7). A transmission shaft (8) of the shaking motor (2) passes through the motor holder (7). The positioning disc (4) is connected to a lower portion of the rotary cylinder (3). The lower end of the rotary cylinder (3) passes through the center of the positioning disc (4) and is connected to the upper end of the transmission shaft (8). A lower portion of the cup holder (5) extends into the interior of the rotary cylinder (3), and the cup hole (6) is formed at the upper end of the cup holder (5). The shaking motor (2) is connected to the shaking base (1) in a tilted manner. The central line of the shaking motor (2) is offset from the central line of the shaking base (1). The cup holder (5) is connected to the rotary cylinder (3) in a tilted manner. The central line of the cup holder (5) is offset from the central line of the rotary cylinder (3).
