Abstract:
Disclosed are a shaver blade, a shaver foil and a processing method for manufacturing the shaver foil. The shaver foil (100) comprises an outer foil (110) and an inner foil (120). The outer foil (110) comprises an outer supporting body (111), a first annular face (112) and a first connecting body (113) which are formed integrally and connected in sequence. The first annular face (112) is provided with a beard inlet groove (1121). An end face of the first connecting body (113) is provided with a welding part (1131). The inner foil (120) comprises an inner supporting body (121), a second annular face (122) and a second connecting body (123) which are formed integrally and connected in sequence. The second annular face (122) is provided with a beard inlet groove (1221). The second connecting body (123) is connected to the welding part (1131) arranged at the end face of the first connecting body (113). The inner foil (120) and the outer foil (110) are welded as a whole in the shaver foil (100) after same have been processed respectively, which reduce the difficulty in stretching and in the processing of the beard inlet grooves. The technical problems of cracks tending to occur on martensite stainless steel with a thick material during multiple stretching processes and the mechanical strength and the safety of the entire foil being poor are solved.
