Abstract:
According to the present invention, a sheet is cut at a desired position. The present invention has: a base 1; a flat plate-shaped proximal part 2 provided at an acute angle relative to the base 1; a cutter support part 3 mounted on the proximal part 2 and having a cutter mounted thereon; and a movable part 4 having a portion that is separably mounted to the base 1, wherein the angle of the proximal part 2 relative to the base 1 can be linearly controlled by separating the portion from the base 1.
