Abstract:
A sheet humidifying device, a method, and a cardboard sheet manufacturing device are provided with: a pre-heating roll (31) that has an outer peripheral surface on which a corrugating medium (B) is wound; and a humidified water jetting device (70) that jets humidified water onto the outer peripheral surface of the pre-heating roll (31) on which the corrugating medium (B) has not been wound.
