Abstract:
In the present invention, a powder accommodated in a container is prevented from scattering when the container is removed from or re-mounted on a powder box that is a container mounting part. This sheet-manufacturing apparatus 100 has an accommodation chamber 152 that receives a powder from a powder-accommodating container 150, a placement part 120 on which the powder-accommodated container is placed, a support part 180 positioned between the accommodation chamber and the placement part, and a movement mechanism that causes the placement part and the support part to move. After the support part is moved from a fourth position to a third position, the placement part is moved from a second position to a first position and the container and the accommodation chamber are connected. At the same time as when the support is moved from the third position to the fourth position, the placement part is moved from the first position to the second position and the container and the accommodation chamber are disconnected.
