Abstract:
Provided is a shield printed wiring board equipped with a ground member in which the connection stability between electroconductive particles of the ground member and a shield layer of a shield film is not readily lost, even when the shield printed wiring board is subjected to a thermal load. This shield printed wiring board equipped with a ground member comprises a substrate film obtained by sequentially providing a ground-circuit-including printed circuit and an insulation film on a base film, a shield film that is formed from a shield layer and a protective layer laminated on the shield layer and that covers the substrate film such that the shield layer is positioned further toward the substrate-film side than the protective layer, and a ground member positioned on the protective layer of the shield film, the shield printed wiring board equipped with a ground member being characterized in that: the ground member is formed from an external connection member that has a first main surface and a second main surface on the opposite side from the first main surface and that is electroconductive, electroconductive particles that are positioned on the first main-surface-side, and an adhesive resin for fixing the electroconductive particles to the first main surface; the circularity of a cross-section of the electroconductive particles in a cross-section of the ground member is 0.35 or greater; the electroconductive particles penetrate through the protective layer of the shield film to connect to the shield layer of the shield film; and the external connection member of the ground member is capable of electrically connecting to an external ground.
