Abstract:
An SBWECU (100) includes: a calculation function unit (110) which receives a shift instruction signal by communication with a main ECU (90) to control the driving of an actuator function unit (120) which drives a manual valve, and which sets a valve position (VP) of the manual valve from a shaft position (POS) of a shaft position sensor (122) and transmits it to the main ECU (90); and a monitoring function unit (130) which is able to communicate with the main ECU (90), and which inputs the shaft position (POS) from the shaft position sensor (122), and monitors for abnormalities in the calculation function unit (110). If the monitor function unit (130) determines that there is an abnormality in the calculation function unit (110), the valve position (VP) of the manual valve (58) is set according to the shaft position (POS) of the shaft position sensor (122) and is transmitted to the main ECU (90).
