Abstract:
A shift fork switching mechanism for use in a washing machine clutch, comprising a linking disk (1), a positioning disk (2), a transmission torque shaft sleeve (3), a clutch spring (4) provided between the linking disk (1) and the positioning disk (2), the clutch spring (4) driving the linking disk (1) to match the transmission torque shaft sleeve (3); also comprising a shift fork (5) rotatably provided on the positioning disk (2) and a shift fork driving apparatus (6) driving the shift fork (5) to rotate, the shift fork (5) being provided at one end part with a protruding mesa structure (51), and the protruding mesa structure (51) being abutted against the linking disk (1). The shift fork driving apparatus (6) comprises a sliding block (61), a slide rail (62), and a tension spring (63). One end part of the tension spring (63) is fixed on a clutch housing, and the other end part is connected to the sliding block (61). When a traction motor drives the sliding block (61) to slide along the slide rail (62), a water removing plane (6121), a hand-rubbing wash plane (6122), and a regular wash plane (6123) sequentially engage the shift fork (5), the shift fork (5) drives the linking disk (1) to move to three different positions and implements three different working conditions of the clutch, thus allowing the reduction clutch to switch between a hand-rubbed wash mode, a regular wash mode, and water removal.
